Masterpiece Custom Golf does not share customers' private information. When you place an order, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, e-mail address, and your telephone number, to be used as your customer number. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information, with your permission, only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site and notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.
Just take accurate measurements as described on the Order page. If you’re not 100% satisfied, simply contact us at (319) 989-9313 for return authorization. Then return it in its original condition and packaging and receive a full refund, less shipping and handling. The putter must be received no later than two weeks after your return authorization is given. Please consider that it takes time for us to receive your merchandise, carefully process your request and mail your refund back to you. In no event shall Masterpiece Custom Golf liability exceed $10.00.
